Commercial Carpet Cleaning

 Brady’s uses Cleanco Truck Mounted Carpet Cleaning Systems.

Brady's use Cleanco, Truck Mounted, Compact 47, Hot Water Extraction Carpet Cleaning systems.  In the industry it's referred to as "steam cleaning" however if we were to actually use steam, we would melt your carpet.  We have two trucks, both outfitted with up to 250ft of vacuum and pressure hose but are able to extend out to 300ft if necessary. Our water temperature runs at 180 - 220 degrees F depending on the weather outside and our pressure system runs at 400 PSI.  Each truck is capable of running two carpet wands at the same time without losing vacuum or pressure and gives us the ability to take on large jobs. 

Brady’s carries all our own water on our trucks and our pricing includes pre-spraying, spot treatment, and deodorizing.  There are no hidden fees or additional charges, just one flat rate per sq ft.  The only thing not included in our price is Scotchguard and can be applied when we are finished for an additional fee. 

Commercial carpet is generally used in high traffic situations so it's seeing more daily use than your average residential home.  To maintain and prolong the lifespan of your commercial carpet, it's recommended to clean it more often than a residence.  Restaurant grease, spilled drinks, chewing gum, sticky candy, asphalt, concrete dust, black dirt and mud and especially ice melt can cause damage and affect the appearance of the carpet.  Thus, drawing your customers' attention away from your product or space and focusing on the cleanliness of your location.  You can take comfort in knowing that Bradys has the proper cleaning products to help restore the carpet and give your customers a vote of confidence that you care about your business and its appearance.
