Carpet Cleaning

 Brady’s uses Cleanco Truck Mounted Carpet Cleaning Systems.

Brady's use Cleanco, Truck Mounted, Compact 47, Hot Water Extraction Carpet Cleaning systems.  In the industry it's referred to as "steam cleaning" however if we were to actually use steam, we would melt your carpet.  We have two trucks, both outfitted with up to 250ft of vacuum and pressure hose but are able to extend out to 300ft if necessary. Our water temperature runs at 180 - 220 degrees F depending on the weather outside and our pressure system runs at 400 PSI.  Each truck is capable of running two carpet wands at the same time without losing vacuum or pressure and gives us the ability to take on large jobs. 

Brady’s carries all our own water on our trucks and our pricing includes pre-spraying, spot treatment, and deodorizing.  There are no hidden fees or additional charges, just one flat rate per sq ft.  The only thing not included in our price is Scotchguard and can be applied when we are finished for an additional fee.

Once the job is complete, the carpet will be damp but not squishy wet. It can be walked on immediately and depending on the drying conditions of the residence, the carpet is generally dry between 5-6 hours. However, since you can’t throw a stone without hitting a body of water in Northern Michigan, humidity in the air can slow drying time down. If your residence has air conditioning, ceiling fans, box fans, etc., turning those on will help during the summer months. During spring, fall and winter months we recommend (after the job is complete) turning your heat to about 72 degrees. This subtle change in temperature will also aid in the drying time.
